Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Any order placed after 3pm EST on a Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. If you select standard shipping, you can expect delivery 3-5 business days after your order is placed on the East Coast and 5-7 days on the West Coast via UPS unless you have a P.O Box. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We offer express delivery as well, those orders must be placed by 12:30pm EST to ship out the same day. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. 

If you received your order and want to make a change, please email us at info@hollywoodvirginhair.com. You will receive return instructions, keep in mind that only unworn items in the original packaging will be accepted for exchanges. NO RETURNS.
